We regularly review assets to ensure our integrations are using the latest and greatest. Branding and UX are very important at Brite. The customer experience is a top priority and tools like CHUX help us maintain high levels of UX quality. Bank logos are updated regularly to ensure alignment and brand affinity is maintained.

We segment changes to CHUX based on their impact and this dictates how we communicate. For example, updates to bank logos will not automatically prompt any outreach to merchants, instead we include changes like these in our quarterly product newsletter (available to Brite merchants). For bug fixes and major updates to how CHUX works, we’ll communicate via this page.

By using our hosted assets, you’re future-proofing your checkout. This approach means you’ll benefit from:

You can also contact our Merchant Solutions team if you’re closer to going live with Brite. For existing merchants already live with Brite, you should contact your dedicated Merchant Success Manager. Brite strives to keep assets as up to date as possible, directly from the source (e.g. banks) but we understand there could occasionally be discrepancies especially where 3rd parties are relied upon to provide assets in a timely manner.
